Description:

 

“Keisha” Lewis is a very athletic forward who can dominate the game from the post. She can score with consistency and is a tremendous rebounder due to her ability to jump, where she’s able to dunk the ball.

Had she qualified, would have ranked first in the WNBA in free throws attempted and rebounds per 40 minutes In longest action of the 2002 season, set career-highs of seven points and seven rebounds in 14 minutes.

As a senior in college, she was named preseason first team All-WA and preseason Naismith Player of the Year candidate. She Participated in the WNBA Pre-Draft Camp in Chicago, Ill., April 12-13. Averaged 6.4 points and 4.8 rebounds a contest...Recorded double digits in scoring six times and double digits in rebounding twice.

Became only the 31st player in LousianaTech’s history to join the 1,000-point club (1,035) and she finished her career with 799 rebounds. As a junior, she was named to the 10-member All-Sun Belt Conference team. Named to the NCAA Tournament East Region All-Tournament team. Voted to the Louisiana Sports Writers Association All-Louisiana first team.

In High School, she made de Second “All-American” Team.
